About the Role
Green and Gold Consultancy Ltd seeks to recruit on behalf of its client, a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and personal support to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The PA will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination of daily activities and confidential matters.
JOB DESCIPTION
Position Title: Personal Assistant (PA)
Reports To: The General Manager
Employment Type: Permanent
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of secretarial experience, with at least 1 year supporting senior management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational, time-management and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize the General Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the General Manager.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Handle travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, visas, and expense reports.
Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Oversee office supplies and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day administrative tasks.
Perform personal errands and other tasks as assigned.
